Benikea The Bliss Hotel

We had a great stay and enjoyed the location, close to buses, the sea rail, and the car ferry. The bed was extra comfortable, and the staff were helpful. There's a rooftop BBQ area, plus somewhere to sit for breakfast or drinks and take in the view.

The room was spacious, but figuring out the temperature controls and how to turn off the fridge light was a struggle since there were no English instructions. Outside, it was very noisy because the hotel is next to a large theme park, and the town streets had garbage everywhere. The rooftop bar is self-service, so don't expect anything fancy.

There are 24-hour convenience shops a two-minute walk away, plenty of restaurants nearby, and Wolmido culture street is just behind the hotel. The rooftop is nice, and you can arrange a BBQ if needed. We stayed in a deluxe twin with a sea view, and the room was clean with a great view. It was a comfortable, decent stay for the price, and breakfast had a simple spread. One drawback was the shower setup in the bathtub. The tub and glass panel leave a tight gap to climb through, and the tub slopes, which could be hazardous for young children or elderly people.

The breakfast was the weak spot for me. It’s included, but only okay. The rest was a good deal: the room was roomy, and an ocean-view request can get you some lovely scenery. The top-floor lounge is open 24/7 and has a spectacular view, with space to bring food or even BBQ. Staff were generally friendly, too. A solid place to stay in Incheon for a fair price.
