The hotel was handy for Inspire Arena and good for the price. The trouble came on our last day: the taxi booked through the hotel for 3:30am never arrived, and nobody at reception answered when we called. We were already running late, but luckily two Taiwanese guests staying there helped us get a taxi to the airport. We really appreciated how kind and helpful they were.

I left a headset at the hotel and have been trying to get it back, but neither the hotel nor the chat has responded. Itโs disappointing that something like this can tarnish my view of a country whose people are generally so decent. I wouldnโt count on the hotel staff to help.

The separate TV room is great for parties, and the interior looks clean and new. My room was warm, which was welcome on a cold night. Getting here by car is easy, with a bus stop and CU convenience store right out front. Yangtze River and Wang Galbi Jjamppong are next door, too. For a clean, affordable stay in Eulwangri, this is a good option. Soundproofing is the weak spot. A group was partying in the room beside us, and a drunk woman was yelling loudly. Thankfully things quieted down at night. Everyone can hear me.
