The cozy atmosphere and clean room made a good impression when I stayed in a deluxe room on October 4th. The owner is impressively skilled at woodworking and also runs a cafe, where the drinks are decent. Parking was ample. The road up was steeper than I expected, and the room door lock didn't close properly, so it made a bit of noise.

The garden lights are beautifully arranged, the interior is nicely decorated, and having the BBQ area on the room balcony is convenient. On the other hand, the soundproofing isn't great. I could hear people talking next door, especially when they spoke loudly, though I couldn't make out everything clearly. I stayed in early April and had to wait a long time for hot water. The heating is central, so you have to ask at the front desk to turn up the temperature. I called because the floor was cold, but they said other rooms were warm and only turned the heating on at 8 PM. The supermarket and convenience store are a bit far away, so buy anything you need before arriving.

The access road made parking difficult, and the water pressure was weak. Service was generally unfriendly. You can't adjust the room temperature yourself, you have to call reception, and the place overall seems poorly maintained.

The Deluxe Room gave us two bedrooms and two beds, so I could get a comfortable rest. The place was a little old, but clean and looked after. It had a quiet, pretty feel, almost like an American home.
