I spent two weeks back in my home country and came away with happy memories. The rooms were great value, and breakfast was excellent. The place also has free parking and fast Wi-Fi, with friendly staff and clean, pleasant facilities after some very good renovations. It’s conveniently close to Incheon Airport. Thanks, I’d like to come back on my next trip and would recommend it to everyone.

There’s a cafe in the lobby, which saved me from having to order coffee for pickup or use a delivery app. The weekday price was affordable, and the rooms were quite clean. I was impressed by the food ordering through an app and delivery by robots.

The older-looking man, whether he was an employee or the owner, had an unbelievably rude attitude. I asked to change rooms because mine was in poor condition, which seemed like a reasonable request, but he gave me an obvious lie and spoke to me in a really unpleasant way. I’ve never seen someone in a service job pick a fight with a customer like that. His attitude reminded me of people in Southeast Asia who haven’t been trained and try to overcharge you. Don’t come here.

They’d said check-in was at 2 PM, so that’s why I booked. I got a call just four minutes before then saying the 8 PM check-in information was wrong. I checked, and it was actually 1:56 PM, lol. I was annoyed and canceled, and now my travel plans are a mess. Haha, I don’t think I’ll ever go back.
