The room was spotless, with clean sheets and a really comfortable bed. Everything seemed well cared for, even the boiler, and the water and heating worked perfectly. Breakfast had a tasty spread, and the hotel shop covered the essentials. A practical stay that gave me the rest I needed. Impressive for a four-star hotel.

Breakfast was generous, varied, and nicely presented, and our modestly sized room came with a stunning view. What made the stay stand out most was the team. From arrival, the staff made us feel welcome and looked after, as if we were special guests. Harbor Park Hotel has a modern, lively feel, and it’s become our favorite place to stay in Incheon.

The attached 7-Eleven and five-minute walk to Chinatown were handy for my one night in transit, and I felt safe and well located. The room and hotel felt dated, more like a place focused on weddings, and I was surprised it was rated four stars given the limited amenities. I couldn’t get to the rooftop or sky bar view unless dining in the ballroom. Reception wasn’t especially friendly, and I didn’t see a concierge or valet. The shower smelled odd, possibly from mold, and water seeped past the door. There was no extra toiletries or vanity kit of the kind I expected from this sort of hotel.

Our small room on the 13th floor had a lovely ocean view, which was a nice surprise. The hotel was clean and tidy, right by the edge of Chinatown. I’d stay here again in Incheon, though nobody showed us to the room or helped us get there.

There’s plenty of parking, and a 7-Eleven downstairs. Nearby restaurants are within walking distance, while Wolmi Culture Street and the Fairytale Village are a short drive away. Our room and bathroom were spacious, and the shower had strong pressure. I’d definitely recommend it.
