The location worked really well for us near Incheon Airport. It’s two metro stops from the terminal, the train station is a 5-8 minute walk away, and Seoul Station takes about an hour to reach. We stayed twice, for one night each time, and found both the spacious room and modern bathroom clean. One downside: the toilet door doesn’t lock. The staff were friendly and helpful with questions. There’s a self-service bistro room with a water dispenser, instant ramen and a cooker, plus breakfast items like toast, salad, cheese, ham, orange juice, and corn flakes. It was very cold in there, so we sat in our winter jackets 😭 The hotel smelled lovely, especially in the elevator 😭✨ Short stay, but a sweet one! 💕⭐️

The room was clean, which mattered most to me. The hotel itself is a little worn, with scuffed walls and threadbare robes, but it had some nice extras: a bathtub, fridge, slippers, and a washer and dryer downstairs. It’s handy for a stopover to or from ICN, and there are several convenience stores right across the street.

The night man at the front desk on 11/17 was really good. He didn’t know much English, but still tried to help me with anything. The rest of the service was extremely disappointing. A woman at reception ignored my question and kept looking at her phone. The room was dusty, and the air purifier didn’t help. I also clearly told the shuttle staff I couldn’t carry my luggage, but they still made me handle it myself. That felt completely unprofessional.

I stayed here in summer and had no problems. My room was large, with a high ceiling and a gorgeous round skylight.

Unseo station is about a 5-7 minute walk away. The Wi-Fi kept cutting in and out, and since the TV uses the internet, that was unreliable too.
