Incheon (Bupyeong) Zenith

I stayed there on May 29th, and the service left a lot to be desired. Since it was my first time in the area, I asked for directions, but got a vague, halfhearted answer. When I met the staff in person, they looked annoyed and had a frown on their face. I couldn’t believe a place like this was operating with so little pride or professionalism. Even a small local shop would struggle with service like that nowadays. The computer wouldn’t run games. I was told I should have asked the lounge if I wanted to play, but I didn’t say anything because I didn’t want a confrontation. If they’re going to run a business, they should handle it more professionally.
