Really bad. I booked ahead, but when I arrived they said every room was full and wouldn’t let me check in. Very bad.

Honestly, it was a terrible stay. The customer service leaves a lot to be desired, they don’t answer the phone, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. I’m not going back.

We spent around two weeks here, and the room looked just like the photos. Line 1 of the subway is very close, and there’s a pleasant park and several restaurants open 24 hours nearby. It’s good value, with bathroom basics like towels provided, and they respond quickly. The lobby machine has cold water, hot water, and ice, too. The cigarette smoke was too much for me, so I couldn’t give it five stars.

We stayed about two weeks and found plenty of places to eat nearby, plus a park only five minutes away. Everything worked well. It’s a great way to save money while exploring Seoul.
