INSPIRE Entertainment Resort

My friend and I felt safe and comfortable, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to relax. The location was great for enjoying Thailand. The staff were kind, friendly, and ready to help, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed with attention to detail. Everything felt right from arrival, and the service made the stay extra special. I’d definitely come back and recommend it to anyone looking for a wonderful stay! 👏🏻👏🏻

I liked the breakfast, but there was only one buffet option, and in the morning the restaurants and food court still weren’t open by 10. The earliest coffee shop opened at 10. At night, everything felt shut down in this huge, empty place. I saw a girl dressed up taking pictures by the displays, but beyond events there wasn’t much to do. Lots of decoration, not much substance. I was there because my flight had been delayed, and I worked remotely from midnight to 9am. After 10:30pm all the food places were closed, so hungry people seemed to be relying on the CU convenience shop. Even the bars were closed by midnight. With the airport nearby, lots of foreign visitors, and a casino, I expected more to be open at those hours. The hotel is too far from anywhere else to walk, so for about half my stay I felt stuck without decent food or coffee. And with all the fancy extras, the basics were missing. Our room stayed at 74F, the thermostat seemed stuck or broken, and the windows wouldn’t open. We were hot and sweating all night. I’d much rather have working temperature control than a toilet that opens automatically.

The buffet breakfast at the Chef Restaurant was excellent, and the room had a great view of Inspire Arena and even the airport. It was also really spacious. My flight was canceled, so I ended up needing an extra night in Korea. Inspire Korea was about a 15-minute ride to and from Incheon Airport, and after an exhausting night at the airport, staying there was exactly what I needed. Honestly, top-notch.

This time I left feeling sour. The place has become somewhere to pay the base rate, get your key, sleep, and go. It didn’t feel like the hospitality I wanted. I’d been here once before, shortly after it opened. The service then was a little rough around the edges, but that made sense for a new hotel. Now the atmosphere feels different. I felt managed instead of welcomed, with constant upselling and strict control taking the place of genuine hospitality.
