We chose Zen hideaway Italy restaurant for my birthday, and the view was breathtaking. We first wanted a cozy spot for drinks before dinner, and Woo-Ji greeted us with a warm smile. Her English wasn't her first language, but she patiently tried to understand and took us upstairs to a table with a beautiful view. When we were ready for the main course around 7:00 PM, Eun-Ji helped us choose our dishes and wine. Her English was fantastic, and she was professional and polite while making us feel like friends. Earlier, Seungjae had brought our drinks and appetizers. He seemed a little nervous about the language barrier and didn't say much, but his sincerity showed in his eyes and his service was excellent. The Italian food was delicious, and the staff made the night special. My birthday was unforgettable. If we're back on Jeju Island, we'll definitely return to Zen hideaway Italy restaurant. Highly recommended!

The rooms were fantastic, with a great view, and breakfast was included with Western or Korean options. Service was top notch too. During a heavy thunderstorm, staff even walked us to our vehicles with an umbrella. It was a little pricey, but completely worth it.

Both breakfast and dinner were delicious, and breakfast was outstanding. Dinner can get busy, so I'd recommend making a reservation. Five stars!

A cool spot to unwind, with spacious rooms, a nice bathtub, and a beautiful view. The staff were great, and they provided sandwiches for guests who skipped lunch.

The view was good and so was the food, but be sure to check your restaurant order carefully. The waitress's English was very limited, and even when I pointed to the photos, I was given the wrong food.
