The quiet, rather deserted setting may have been because of the season, and the nearest restaurants you can walk to are at least 20 minutes away in either direction. You’ll need a rental car or taxis, including kride for foreigners, to get around. Still, we had a good stay for the price, enjoyed the nice view, and found the rooms clean with plenty of towels and water. Breakfast was listed as available in our booking, but we couldn’t get it even when we offered to pay. I really appreciated that the concierge managed to book us an early airport taxi at the last minute the night before.

There are lovely pools and rooftop tubs, and the scenery around the area is amazing. The rooms were nice, and the staff knew English. It’s uphill, so if you’re hiking like me, good luck getting there. I’d say it was worth it. I expected a hot tub, but I turned the rooftop bathtub into one instead, lol.

The pool was warm, breakfast was nice and reasonably priced, and the view was lovely. Everything was very clean. Perfect!
