My first stay at the SHERATON GRAND INCHEON was perfect. Since I had an early departure, I wanted somewhere not too far from the airport. Seoul Citycenter is a long way off, but this hotel is about a 25-minute drive on a route without much traffic. An Uber to Seoul City Center takes around an hour and costs about 40 USD each way. The room was huge, clean, and looked out over Central Park. I arrived at 10:30AM and, as a Titanium Member, was able to go straight to my room. Mrs Amy at the Sheraton Club was especially thoughtful. I was exhausted when I came to the Lounge on my first night, and she noticed. The next morning, she had left a personal note under my door asking how I was doing. The food outlets I tried served great food. There's also a small grocery store connected to the hotel, though it's not run by the hotel. The neighborhood felt very safe, with lots of parks, restaurants, shops, and an outlet shopping mall nearby. SHERATON GRAND ICN is now my favorite place to stay for trips to Seoul!

I really liked having a water purifier in the room, and everything was clean. There’s also a GS25 inside the hotel, which made it easy to pick things up any time, day or night. Songdo Central Park is right next door and great for a relaxing walk. Incheon Airport is conveniently close, and there are plenty of amenities and restaurants in the area.

The room had a lovely park view, and the water dispenser in it was a convenient, thoughtful touch. The hotel's location worked especially well for me, right next to the convention centre, with a Starbucks downstairs if you want something quick instead of breakfast at the restaurant. After my red-eye flight, I asked if I could check in early at 11 am so I could freshen up before a noon meeting. The hotel kindly made it possible, which helped a lot and meant a great deal. The staff were warm, professional, friendly, and spoke excellent English, so everything went smoothly. I also felt valued as a Marriott Bonvoy member. I had a wonderful stay and would recommend it for business or leisure.

The breakfast was outstanding, easily beating the Oakwood's, and the fitness area was very nice. The rooms were comfortable, though not as nice as those at the Oakwood next door. The pool and spa were shut for refurbishment, but that didn't spoil my stay. Service was the usual high standard from Korean hotel staff, polite, courteous, and professional. The club lounge was pleasant, with complimentary evening food and drinks. I’m looking forward to coming back. Highly recommended.

We stayed here for our Hyrox race at Songdo. The place was clean and everything was great, with a Starbucks right in the lobby as a nice bonus. There were lots of food options nearby, and Central Park was just across the way. Well worth the room rate, and I'd recommend it.
