The communication here was basically zero. Staff didn’t answer questions before or during booking, and they didn’t even greet you when you passed by. They don’t speak English at all. Even though our room was non-smoking, smoke from the neighbors was so strong it was disgusting, especially in the bathroom. The room felt claustrophobic, with a tiny window covered in black plastic that let in no natural light. It was way, way too expensive for what it was, especially on the weekend. A non-smoking building that still has smoking rooms? Avoid this place.

The location was so-so, and I wouldn’t come back. Keep in mind this is a motel, not a hotel. If you’re after a love hotel, it may suit you, but smoking is allowed in the rooms and they smell like ashtrays.

Juan station is very close, with a route to Seoul for shopping in about an hour and access to attractions in Incheon, so it gives you plenty of freedom to get around. The room is set up almost like a home, with useful things from flip-flops and skin-care lotion to a hairdryer. There’s also a gaming PC, charging cables for lots of port types, and very fast internet at 7 mb/s. The employees were polite, though if you don’t speak Korean, you’ll probably need to use a translator for more specific conversations. Excellent hotel!
