I didn’t save any photos of the apartments, but it worked great for me as a first-time traveler. I asked questions on kakaotalk, including whether I could change the password, and the owner agreed. So you can do that if you’re a girl traveling alone, just remember to change it back! The place was pretty basic, with a TV, washing machine, kitchen utensils, pot, and electric kettle. Songdo Central Park is about 40 minutes away if you’re a lazy person like me. The metro station Songdo Moonlight Festival Park is very close. For groceries, I went to Lotte Mart Songdo. They take cash and you can ask for a bag, and I had no trouble there. It’s cheaper than the 24/7 marts near the apartments. I asked about separating trash and was told I didn’t have to, but I did anyway. I stayed 11 days and would probably stay again. And don’t worry about the voice in the ceiling. My friend said it might be about trash balloons from another Korea or something. I don’t know, she spoke quietly and I couldn’t hear it.

The apartment hotel was good value, with self check-in. The room was big, comfortable, clean, and fully furnished, including a washer-dryer, kitchenette, microwave, kettle, and large fridge. Restaurants are all around, and there’s a CU convenience store on the first floor. Everything was nice apart from the towels. They didn’t provide a regular-sized towel or a floor mat, which was inconvenient and my first time staying without normal-size towels. They did have small towels for your hair and face. Hope they add regular towels next time, thanks.

The host was quick and helpful whenever I had questions, and the location made getting around easy with a bus stop nearby. I stayed at UH Flat The Songdo from 24 to 29 August 2025 and had a really pleasant time. The room was clean and well kept, with modern, nicely arranged furniture that made it feel cozy. It was spacious for one person and came with a hob, washer-dryer, hair dryer, fridge, and other facilities I needed. One of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

The hotel staff were racist. They first refused to show a room to an Indian person and said none were available. Then they saw my booking and gave me a room.

The flat Songdo made for a fantastic weekend. There are restaurants, coffee places, and convenience stores all around, and it’s near a subway station. The room was cozy, quiet, very clean, and had good facilities. You won’t regret staying here.
