W Premium Airport Guesthouse

The room itself was fine, but paying about 85USD for 3 people in a 3-bed bedroom was absolutely not worth it. We stayed one night and barely slept at all. The rooms are private bedrooms in a shared apartment, and ours didn't have its own bathroom attached. The bathroom was only a couple of metres away across shared space, and despite being described as private, other guests used it too. There was no soundproofing between bedrooms. Our apartment neighbours stayed up in the shared living room until 4am, talking, laughing, making and eating food, packing luggage, vacuuming, using a hair dryer, washing dishes, and then making and eating more food before leaving. We had an 8:20am flight from Incheon airport, no online check-in with our airline, and needed to catch the first Arex train from Unseo at 5:26am, so we didn't sleep at all. In some ways this was worse than a private room in a hostel, where there might at least be some kind of curfew.

The room was decent and clean, and the toilet had good facilities. It's about an 8 min walk from Unseo station exit 2, though Exit 1 has more places to eat and a lotte mart. I was a little upset to find there was no airport shuttle and the washer couldn't be used, since booking.com listed a free airport shuttle and washer access.

It's an apartment with three rented bedrooms and a shared kitchen and greatroom. Nice place to stay.

The rooms and shared kitchen and living room were very clean. Getting in touch with the proprietor outside check-in hours was frustrating, though. I knew check-in was at 3pm, but there was no way to leave our suitcases at the guesthouse beforehand. I called the WhatsApp number about our luggage; the woman didn't speak English and asked me to message instead, which seemed reasonable. I sent a message but got no reply. Bring your own towel if you plan to shower, as the ones provided are hand towel sized. The location is good, within walking distance of a shopping mall and places to eat.
