The workers, location, and service were all the best. This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. 👍

The smell was the biggest problem. There are diffusers and scented candles in the hallways and bathrooms, and the scent is so strong it’s hard to breathe. A few things also need repairs. I posted my review exactly as written in the accommodation app, but they deleted it, lol. It seems they only leave positive comments up to manage their star rating.

I stayed at Innocity Hotel, listed as Hotel One on Google Maps, in Jeonju Innovation City. It’s a business hotel and part of a chain with two other hotels. The lounge and conference room, along with breakfast, make it feel more like a hotel than a motel. The facilities were clean and well kept. It’s a bit far from Jeonju Old Town, but unlike some stays in Jeonju Hanok Village, it’s clean and close to nearby amenities. There’s an air dresser for guests on the 6th floor, and the 4th floor seems to be the lounge and conference room. Guest rooms are on the 4th and 5th floors, while room keys are needed for the elevator to the 5th and 6th floors. So I’d expect food deliveries for guests on the 5th and 6th floors to go to the 4th floor. The front desk is on the 1st floor, where check-in is available until 10 a.m. There’s basement parking, with about 10 spaces, I think. I remember

Hotel One was my first stay in Innovation City, though I’ve often traveled to Jeonju for work and tried several other hotels there. Maybe because it’s the newest, the rooms were clean, especially the bedrooms and bathrooms. The price was about the same as elsewhere, but breakfast was an extra charge here. I was also disappointed there was no Styler, which cost it a star. As a business traveler, being able to put a wrinkled shirt or suit through one would have made things easier for the next day. That was a shame.
