The star rating seems like it must be meant for traditional hotels, since the accommodations may catch guests off guard. There was no closet or microwave, and only one convenient outlet, about seven feet above the beds. The bathroom floor was shared by the toilet, small sink, and shower, with no curtain and a drain in the middle, so it stayed wet after showering. Each guest got two small hand towels, no proper bath towel. Breakfast was okay: Korean food, as is traditional for most meals, plus cereal, toast, and milk. The coffee was about half strength. There’s an interesting walk along the nearby water with sculptures. It was an okay experience, but I wouldn’t stay again.

We barely spent daytime in the room because we had a full itinerary, so some of these issues didn’t affect our plans. The views were lovely, and our room had a balcony facing the ocean plus a kitchen with dishes. I liked being near the apport, though there’s little food or entertainment around, and it took us an hour and a half to reach anything fun. The hallways and rooms get hot and humid. There’s no hallway air conditioning, and the room unit only works while you’re in there. Toiletries cost extra, as does using the pool each day and reserving the balcony for an hour. Breakfast runs from around 6 to 8. We didn’t know there was a gym in the basement. There’s no room service, though they did replace our towels daily.

The low price was the best part for us. It’s an okay spot near the ocean, though not near beaches. The staff weren’t friendly, the Wi-Fi was slow, and our AC was weak. They said it was fine. If you’re paying over 110.00 for four people, I’d look elsewhere.

The place and room are nice, but the room is small. There’s no coffee or tea setup, and nowhere to put clothes if you’re staying a few nights.
