I had a great stay and would choose this hotel again. Breakfast was enjoyable, and the location was handy, with a bus stop nearby for routes to the Myeongdong area. Dongmyo is the nearest subway station. The rooms are a little small, but they have the essentials: a hair dryer, soap, shampoo, a shower in the bathroom and shelves for clothes.

The rooms are tight if you bring a lot of things, but they’re clean and comfortable, and the location is great. We loved our stay. The staff are friendly, and there’s a good breakfast selection. One thing that made things a bit difficult was the lack of a bidet, even a handheld one, since the shower area is separate. Apart from that, it’s good value for the money.

The room wasn’t the cleanest, and it was extremely tiny for three people, even though it seemed sized for two. We couldn’t open all our luggage, or even two bags, and there was no privacy for the toilet. The location was okay, about a 5-7 minute walk to dongmyo station, though the route to the hotel passes a few alleys. We stayed five nights but were told we only had one day of free cleaning. We also had to clear our own rubbish and couldn’t leave anything behind in the room. Extra bedding cost 5000won for a pillow and 10000won for blankets. The blankets had holes and a bit of dirt, and the pillow wasn’t even the same size as the one in the room. I’m not sure what rating to give the service. This might suit solo or two-person trips, but I wouldn’t recommend it for three.

A good option in Seoul, with friendly, accommodating staff. You can choose between dormitory-style rooms for backpackers and rooms with private bathrooms. There’s laundry and a dryer in the lobby, and plenty of convenience stores nearby. Dongmyo station, also an Airport Limo bus stop, is a five-minute walk away, and a train station is eight minutes on foot.
