The staff member was rude and had no respect for me as a customer. On my last day, around 11:10 am, I was still packing when a man knocked on my door, demanded that I check out, and scolded me for not being ready yet. He should speak to guests appropriately. The first night was already a bad experience because there was a bad smell coming from the bathroom when I entered the room. I wouldn't stay at this hotel again. They should send that staff member back for training.

For the price, this is good value, especially since it's more like a motel. The unmanned setup makes it kind of fun, and it works well if you're comfortable handling things yourself. There isn't water in the fridge like the two bottles hotels usually provide, so you can buy some. Towels are in the cabinet outside if you need them.

The location in downtown Jeju City is central and not far from the airport. My room was clean and had no odor, and the bathroom looked quite new. There’s no elevator, but I was on the second floor and that was fine. Parking is at the entrance on the first floor, with five spaces. You need to reserve ahead, and the attendant estimates how many cars there will be and sets spaces aside. There was a notice that if someone illegally parks in a space, you have to find parking yourself. Nearby lots are free after 10 PM. I stayed three nights and found a space on two of them, though there was always a spot when I got back to the hotel. I’d consider staying here again next time.
