It’s a cozy hotel, and the room was clean and nicely furnished. Everything seemed fairly new and worked properly, and the stay was wonderful. The receptionist handling our check-in seemed well trained and had good business sense. He went through the check-in steps with us methodically, repeating them word for word just as he had for the customer before us.

The staff were super friendly, and the location is really convenient. There’s no breakfast at the hotel, but if you ask, the staff will draw you a map and recommend places to eat. The hotel is tucked behind the BHC fried chicken restaurant.

I want to thank Mr. Kim, the hotel owner, and Song Kim, the assistant manager, for helping my family and me during our trip to JeJu Island in Jan'16. A snowstorm cancelled all flights, so we couldn’t fly to seoul. Without their help, we would’ve had to camp at the Jeju airport for the next four days while waiting for a flight back to seoul. They gave us excellent customer service. The rooms were clean and well kept, and the hotel is across from the shopping street. My family and I will definitely return on our next trip. I love this hotel. It’s comfortable and right in the city center, with lots of shops nearby and plenty to walk around. The owner is very friendly, and his son was a big help parking our car because the parking space is a bit small.

A very comfortable, nice hotel, with good air conditioning and helpful staff. I’d recommend it to anyone staying in the area.
