It was so quiet, and the rooms were beautiful. The car garages are huge, and there’s a GS25 about a five-minute walk away. If I’d known, I would’ve booked two nights.

I booked through Kakao for 59,000 won, then used a 30,000 won Accommodation Festa coupon, so I paid 29,000 won. I stayed one Saturday night, June 15th, to visit Bulgeun Oreum and Saryeoni Forest Path. Inside, it had a strong “love hotel” feel, but it was neat and clean.

For going solo, walking the Hallasan trail, or heading to Seongpanak, it’s about that level of useful. There are lots of chicken restaurants here because this is apparently some kind of local chicken area.
