We could walk to the beach and there were lots of cool shops nearby, but what made the stay was the staff. Everyone was so kind and ready to help, whether it was booking restaurant reservations or unclogging our toilet. Google Translate worked fine for communicating. Special thanks to Seo-yun for making us feel so looked after ❤️😭. We’ll definitely stay here again when we come back to Jeju!

I miss my room there! It was clean, spacious, and had a beach view, all for such a reasonable price. The front desk service was excellent, and I also had a fabulous massage. A perfect way to wrap up my time in South Korea.

The best part of my two nights at Hotel Sweet Castle was the customer service. The staff were friendly and attentive, and brought us extra towels without hesitation. The hotel is about 17 km from Jeju Airport. It doesn’t have many amenities, just one restaurant and a 7-Eleven on the ground floor, but it’s clean, quiet, and comfortable. A solid choice if you want a simple place with great service.

The room was a comfortable size, with a decent bathroom, and everything was clean. Breakfast had a good range of Korean dishes, plus bread and salad. There’s a convenience store about five minutes away on foot.

Spotlessly clean room and modern furniture design. I had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend it to couples looking for good quality accommodation at a reasonable price.
