There’s no WiFi in the room, and there weren’t any large towels either. Pool towels aren’t rented, you have to buy one at reception for 2000 won and keep it. The pool is shallow and really for kids. On the plus side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the room was clean. There’s a laundry place nearby that charges 4000 won for up to 10kg, plus a bus stop close by. CU is around the corner, the airport is nearby with a taxi costing about 5600 won, and there are lots of restaurants in the area.

The rooftop pool is open from 10am to 20.30pm. I also liked that tea and coffee are available free all day in the lobby restaurant, with two bottles of water provided each day. The room was clean and spacious, and the shower had strong water pressure. The staff were friendly too. A great place to stay in jeju.

The beds were really comfortable, the rooms were great, and breakfast was good. Staff were pleasant and helpful, and the hotel is close to both the airport and the city centre. I’d recommend it.

I can’t comment on the service, room, or location because I never actually stayed here. I booked the wrong date, the same day I made the reservation. That was my mistake, so if you’re booking, double-check your dates before you hit SUBMIT. Agoda tried to contact the hotel to see if the booking could be moved to the correct date, but they wouldn’t allow it. I understand that was their business decision, and I don’t blame them for it, but the lack of compassion despite a valid reason put me off booking with them again. I ended up choosing another hotel with a better location, even though it cost $4 more. Well done Galaxy. May you keep prospering with this kind of approach.
