Morning Calm

The staff were very helpful, even though they didn't speak much English. When I arrived at 10:00 AM, they couldn't check me in until after 12:00 PM. I explained I had nowhere to go, so a staff member found me a separate room to rest in while my room was being cleaned. Trip.com had originally shown check-in from 10:00 AM, then changed it to 3:00 PM. I could leave my luggage there the day before check-in, though I worried about it being in an unlocked room. The staff also tended to come in almost right after knocking, even when I was in my room, which was annoying. The room wasn't very clean, and the bathtub was a little dirty, but for the price and the location near Jeju Dream Tower, it was fine. The bathtub fill valve was broken and missing. The shower and air conditioning worked, so I had no major complaints. There's no washing machine, but there is a laundry nearby. Facilities: pot, hair dryer, refrigerator, bathtub, hot shower, air conditioning, TV, umbrella rental. No shower curtain, safe, microwave, washing machine, or dryer. Amenities: toothbrush, hand towel, bottled water, shampoo, conditioner, and soap. No facial cleanser.

I reserved a Twin room on Yanolja, but was told there were no rooms available and that I should cancel through Yanolja. They aren't answering the phone, though. I've heard this has happened before. Is the owner responsible, or is Yanolja? Why is it still happening?

I picked this place because it had a bathtub, but the rooms feel old. Despite being called a hotel, it seems more like a motel.

It's quiet around Jeju City, and having nearby infrastructure makes things convenient.
