The room was dirty, with strands of hair on the floor, and there were no hangers or kettle, so we had to go out of the room to get water. Security is nonsense here. The male receptionist was rude and couldn't speak or understand English. There wasn't a proper place to leave our luggage either. He told us to set our bags beside the elevator in the lobby and didn't seem concerned that someone might take them. Think carefully before booking.

You get what you pay for, and it's still a decent stay, but the cleaning really lets the place down. I found a used bottle under the bed and hair in the covers, including short, curly hair. If they vacuumed under the bed and washed the sheets, blankets, and pillows properly, I'd consider staying again on another trip to jeju, even if I had to pay extra. They leave water bottles, shampoo, toothpaste, body wash, tissues, and towels, but the hygiene products are shared and aren't replaced between bookings. The toothpaste tube was already half used, and so were the shampoo and body wash.
