Odri Inn Jeju

The location was good, and the room seemed okay for the price, but the rest was disappointing. Breakfast was 1 out of 10: not many dishes, the value wasn’t there, the restaurant plates weren’t clean, and staff rushed people through their meal. Room service wasn’t good either. I had reminded reception not to clean, but they cleaned the room anyway, and I still don’t understand why. One receptionist didn’t understand much English, which left me wondering how someone who doesn’t speak English could work at the front desk.

I asked for a quiet room and got one, and the lobby staff were friendly and attentive. The convenience store in the lobby stayed open until midnight, which was handy. I came to Jeju on a spontaneous trip during peak season and stayed here before my final trip back. The price seemed good for somewhere close to the beach and airport, and despite recent negative reviews I thought it was a great stay for the money. Iho Tewoo Beach is about a 10-minute walk away. If you need a place by the beach before heading to the airport, I’d book it without hesitation. The large windows let you see the ocean and planes in the sky, and the airport is very close.

The bedding was good, but dusting seemed to have been skipped. The cups and kettle were dusty too. Heating came from an air conditioner, and it was both noisy and drying.
