View Tower Resort

The view is great, as the name suggests, and there's a table on the rooftop where you can eat while enjoying it. Kids love watching the planes take off and land. But the room smelled awful, and the separate bedding didn't seem clean. Turning on the hot water also activated the floor heating, even in August. The air conditioner was really noisy too. I don't think I'll return.

The view is very pretty, and the duplex interior is nice and looks like the photos. But the building's outside and the other facilities will probably fall short of your expectations. It looked more run-down than a motel, so I was a bit shocked on the way up. Why is this even called a resort? The airport is so close you can see the runway, and the sound of planes taking off kept making me jump. Not sure whether that's good or bad.

The owner was kind, and the hot water, Wi-Fi, and friendly service were all excellent. The large window made the room feel refreshing, but it was very uncomfortable that people outside could see so much of the inside. I wouldn't recommend the loft, either, because the stairs are too steep.

The runway is right in front, and from the window you can see the lighthouse and the ocean. I had requested a barbecue, and it was pretty good. The taxi from Jeju Airport took about 10 minutes and cost about 7,000-8,000 won. I booked View Tower Resort, but they sent me to the annex across the street, the "Miracle Hotel." Think of it as a clean motel.
