Best Western Plus Jeonju Hotel

I've traveled for a long time but had always overlooked this hotel chain. I had to find somewhere for one night in JeonJu, so I rushed a booking through Expedia with a nonrefundable rate. At arrival, I realized I'd booked the night for the following week by mistake. The staff tried hard to sort it out while Expedia wasn't really helping or understanding the situation. They ended up moving the room to that night without charging extra. That alone felt like five-star service. The hotel itself also surprised me. The halls and corridors, and especially the rooms, were modern and well maintained. Our two-bed room had plenty of space, the bathroom was fine, and the duvet and mattress made for a great night's sleep. The pillows were too high and dense for my taste. I could probably have called to ask for different ones, but it was late and we were tired. I'd recommend the hotel and will certainly consider the chain again.

There was enough floor space to set our luggage down comfortably, and the toilet and sheets were clean. A 24-hour store right next door was handy for a late-night fix. Thanks.

The staff's attitude overshadowed everything else during my stay at Best Western Plus Jeonju Hotel. At reception, we were met with very little warmth, and they seemed indifferent to our needs and requests throughout the visit. We had two guests in the room and asked for another key card. Staff refused at first, and we had to appeal quite a bit. That was frustrating and made a basic request feel like a nuisance instead of a normal part of guest service. I expected a better experience from a Best Western. I can't recommend the hotel based on this stay, and hope management addresses how guests are treated.

My parents stayed there on a Hong kong tour 🇭🇰 from 21-23/10/2025, in Room 606. The bedroom was spacious, with a double bed and a single bed.
