Blueboat Hostel Jeonju

What stood out most was the staff, who were incredibly friendly, helped me through check-in, and made me feel welcome. The hostel has a cozy cruise-ship feel, with distinctive blue accents. It's excellent value and I'd recommend it. The location is excellent, about a five-minute walk to the city center, with a PNB bakery right across the way and a convenience store downstairs. My room was spotless and comfortable, with chargers and personal reading lights. Showers were clean, though the hot water pressure was low, so quick showers are best. A water dispenser for guests would be a nice addition.

I stayed in a four-bed shared room with storage space under the bed. The mattresses are on the firm side but still comfortable enough. There are just two showers and one toilet, though that was manageable with the small number of guests. The facilities were clean, and self-service check-in and check-out worked fine since all the instructions arrived by email. The central location is near Gyeonggijeon Shrine and Hanok Village, with lots of places to eat and the market close by.

The host was super nice, and I really liked the interior. Everything is new or well kept, and the bathroom was especially clean and nice, which matters most to me in a hostel. It's also clean and nicely located. Best hostel I've stayed at in Korea so far.

The host is lovely and can suggest local activities and places to eat. The location is amazing: Hanok Village is a seven-minute walk, GS25 is next door, and PnB is across the road. There's also a major shopping area one road over, so you're never without options. Self check-in is easy, with all the instructions sent by email. The large beds are comfortable, and each cabin space can be closed off with a blind you control. Bathrooms, common areas, and bedrooms are all clean and well kept.
