Bucket Jeonju

A really chic boutique-style hostel, decorated with lovely art and plenty of style. The kitchen and common spaces were lovely, and the dorm was comfortable. Heaters were provided when it was cold. It was excellent value, one of the cheapest hostels I’ve stayed in in South Korea.

The social, friendly atmosphere made it easy for me to meet people, and the common spaces felt welcoming. It was a great stay in a nice, very clean place with a really positive vibe. They didn’t provide towels, so bring your own. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and I’d happily stay again.

The hot, powerful showers were a treat after a long day out, and the staff had great suggestions for activities, restaurants, and hidden gems. I meant to stay a few nights but extended it because I liked relaxing there so much. It was clean everywhere, from the rooms and bathrooms to the common spaces. The decor was stylish and thoughtfully put together, and the peaceful atmosphere made it easy to unwind. It was social without getting noisy, with quiet corners when I wanted one. The fully equipped kitchen had what I needed to cook, too. From the moment I arrived, the staff were warm and genuinely helpful, whether I wanted advice or just a chat. It felt like being in a welcoming home, and I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, friendly place with a peaceful, home-like feel.

Bucket hostel is right in the center of Jeonju, and it has everything you need for a good stay. It used to be a tea house, and you can still feel that calm, cozy atmosphere. If you’re going to Jeonju, don’t miss it 😊.
