The practical touches made the hanok stay especially comfortable. The rooms were set up with travelers in mind, and the owner's own travel experience showed in the details. Heating under the ondol was lovely, even on the bathroom floor, and everything was clean. I came after reading about the owner's food tips, but the suggestions for places to see around Jeonju and Jeollabukdo province were just as useful when planning my days. The house sits down a quiet alley beside a multi-storey carpark, so it was easy to reach and still peaceful. A wonderful stay for a reasonable price, I'd recommend it.

I wasn't able to stay at Chwirakdang because of personal reasons, which was disappointing. The owner kindly arranged for me to stay instead at Win Motel near Jeonbuk National University, run by the owner's mother, and even drove me over despite being busy. That kindness gave me a very positive first impression of Jeonju. The place itself seemed cozy and quiet, and if I get the chance to return, I definitely hope to stay at Chwirakdang. Wishing you continued success.

Dropping off my luggage before walking around Hanok Village made the stay really convenient. The owner took time to explain everything and switched on the heating when it was time. It worked perfectly for a solo trip.

The staff were friendly and gave me useful tips on nearby sights and places to eat. The accommodation is also close to the public parking lot, which was handy.
