The river view, big bath, spacious quiet room, and comfy bed were all great. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the bus terminal. No reason to choose another hotel!

The room was extremely dirty and smelled bad, with bags of rubbish still left inside. The TV didn’t work and seemed to be there just for decoration. Wi-Fi required scanning a QR code, which I couldn’t use on my laptop, and reception never answered when I called. There was no staff when we arrived, so we waited 10 minutes and had to call. A female staff member opened the door looking half asleep, even though it was 10 AM. She seemed very unfriendly, with a contorted expression and an unpleasant way of speaking. Check-in was at 4 PM, and when we asked to leave our luggage while we went out, she was still unhelpful. Really bad hotel. I recommend not booking it.

The location is nice if you get a river view, though the place is a bit grimy. Dropping room keys off in the elevator makes this feel like a motel, not a hotel.
