I liked the quiet setting, even though it’s outside the city center. It’s about an eight-minute walk from Gosan metro station exit 2, and you can follow the streamside walkway for a pleasant stroll to the hotel. The staff are friendly. Their English isn’t fluent, but a translator app made communication easy enough. The room was roomy, clean, and nicely furnished. I especially liked having a garment steamer and sterilizer. There’s construction next door, so some windows look partly onto the site, though it was quiet from the evening onward. Breakfast was simple Korean rice, with bread and cereal as well. Two convenience stores are close by, and eateries are about a five-minute walk toward the metro. My only small gripe: there’s nowhere in the bathroom to hang a towel, lol.

The staff are amazing, and there are some nice restaurants nearby. You can walk to the Samsum stadium. Breakfast.

I ended up staying in Daegu on a whim rather than to explore the area, and I was very happy with my choice. For the price, the place is roomy and really clean. The bathroom, sink, and toilet are in separate spaces, which is handy. There’s also a styler, a safe, and an air purifier.

Finding food nearby wasn’t easy for me, since the surrounding area is still being developed and shops and restaurants haven’t really established themselves yet. The staff were friendly, though, and breakfast is put out every morning. I heard Monday breakfast is just basic toast and cereal. Coffee is free, which is a nice touch. The rooms are very clean and spacious, likely because the hotel opened recently. I liked having a bathtub and a separate toilet and bathroom. Parking is available in a lot beside the building that holds around 20 cars, plus there’s a separate parking tower.

Handy for a business trip, especially with the IC nearby. Parking was easy. The room was spacious and very clean, and being in a new building meant I didn’t run into any inconveniences inside.
