Uljin Neulbom Boutique

The place is quiet, though it's about 8-9 minutes by car from the nearby port. The interior has been remodeled and is clean, and the bed was reasonably comfortable. I did find dust on the bed cover and had to shake it off before sleeping. Breakfast was decent. It cost 110,000 won for three people.

From my window I could watch the sun rise over the sea without going anywhere, and I feel incredibly lucky I got to see it. I stopped in Uljin for the first time on my way home, and even got to watch the sunrise during a visit that left me with wonderful memories. The room was spacious and clean, and the cafe had a city-like feel. The owner was so kind that she gave me breakfast even though I arrived past the set time. That really brought home a feeling of warmth. A small incident(?) has now been resolved, so I can finally leave the review I've wanted to write. I highly recommend both Uljin and Neulbom!!!

There were no bugs, the towels were very white, and the pillows looked clean and crisp. The bedding was comfortable, and the summer blankets were just right. The room was clean, and I had no complaints. The owner was nice too, so I liked my stay and would definitely return. Breakfast is complimentary, so it's worth taking if a simple breakfast suits you. This was my first stay in Uljin, so I can't compare it with other places. I was looking for a twin room, saw this listed as a suite in the app, and chose it after noticing the reviews were better than the others. Maybe that's why it cost a bit more than nearby options. If you're planning a trip to Uljin, you've probably looked it up, and there are lots of reviews on Naver. My opinion is much the same. The weekday price is a little high, but I think it's worth it. Neulbom Boutique Motel is one I'd recommend. It has small drawbacks, but the good points outweigh them.

Being able to go straight to the sea and play in the water was the best part. It's not a beach, so it wasn't crowded, and there was a spot on the motel's first floor to dry my feet. The first floor also has a cafe and CU convenience store. I was here on a business trip and booked a Deluxe room for 70,000 won because they said that was all they had left. The room is spacious, though the facilities seem a bit dated, and the female owner is very kind. If you're visiting Uljin and want a quiet time by the water, I'd recommend it.
