Sol Beach Namhae

The view was nice, and the conditions were good too 👍

The natural scenery around the hotel is especially beautiful, and you can spend a romantic stretch on the way to Sol Beach, stopping at places like German Village and Sulli Village. There are lots of food options nearby as well. Inside, the hotel feels luxurious and is kept in great condition, with lovely colors and design. Every room faces the ocean. Our room had two double beds, and the bathroom was separate and very clean. Highly recommend.

The resort is short on amenities, which was a bit disappointing, but it makes a good base for visiting Namhae. It's near German Village, Geumsan, Darangi Village, and Jijok Myeolchi Ssambap Street. The newly opened luxury property also has beautiful views of the Namhae Sea and Geumsan Mountain, so whichever room you get, there's plenty to look at.

The Edge Room was at the far end of the building, so there was quite a bit of walking, and the long walkway was inconvenient for my parents. I wish that distance had been mentioned before booking. I traveled with my parents to the Sol Beach Stella Edge Villa, where the facilities were decent and the view was great. The number-taking check-in setup felt out of place for a luxury hotel, and the lack of currency exchange was inconvenient for international travelers. We mostly relaxed in the room and then headed out.
