It's more of a good motel than a hotel. In Mokpo's old town, with lots of attractions nearby.

The check-in was seamless and took less than five minutes. The young woman at the counter spoke great English, and the hotel had lots of amenities in both the room and the building. We found it unassuming at first, then were pleasantly surprised by its look, a traditional Korean structure with a modern touch. It seemed to have been around for a while and recently updated. The room was extremely hot, around 20° C, and we couldn't work out how to turn the heat down. The floor was heated too. I couldn't find much else wrong, and would stay again, though I'd ask how to adjust the thermostat. The review photos can speak for themselves.

Getting around was easy, with Mokpo train station about a five-minute walk away and the Ferry Terminal roughly ten minutes away. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and I'd recommend the hotel. My room was clean and had everything I wanted, including a computer, flat screen TV with cable, bath robe, flat iron, blow dryer, and decent toiletries. The decor was sleek and contemporary, and the fixtures and appliances all looked new. The staff were super friendly, and check-in was quick and easy. I had a very good stay.
