The location is very good, and the room was clean and an alright size. They serve a light breakfast each day, which was a plus. But they only provide small towels, not large ones, and the room stayed hot even after I set it to 20C. I had to open the windows to cool it down. I might rate it 4-5 stars if they made a few changes. With the current policies, I’d give it 1.5 to 2 stars, and I won’t stay again unless things change.

The room was extremely small even for one person. There’s nowhere to arrange your things, and no wardrobe.

The breakfast was better than I expected, and I really enjoyed the gimbap, ramen, eggs, toast, salad, coffee, and plenty more. The room was clean and nice, and the hotel was close to both the beach and the square. I had trouble getting the TV on, so a staff member came up to help. Overall, it was great.

After a tiring two-night, three-day trip, I regretted not going back to the hotel I’d used for 15 years. The parking lot was full, and there was no attendant to help with off-site parking. When I called, they told me to use street parking or a public lot. The room seemed clean, but the work table was awkwardly tucked into a corner. The shower and toilet share one bathroom space, so two people can’t use the room at once. The air conditioner fan control didn’t work, and it kept blowing air onto my face all night. I mentioned it to the breakfast manager, who said it was normal, though I still wanted it fixed. I believe I left a note, but after work it was unchanged. At the front desk, a female employee told me to pack and change rooms. I packed and waited, but no one came. When I called, they said they were getting the room ready and asked me to wait. Ten minutes later a male employee came, fiddled with it, and said they’d fix it. They only adjusted the airflow a little, so it wouldn’t hit my face if I slept on one side of the bed, and told me to use the room as it was. When I asked if this happened often, they just told me to sleep. I spent the night dealing with the air conditioner and heat, then checked out in the morning. I wouldn’t recommend it for business travelers. For day trippers who drink and sleep, it might be okay, but don’t expect much from breakfast, just think of it as a place to eat.
