The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. The location made it easy to get around Busan, with the beach and local spots conveniently close. Our room was spacious, spotless, modern, and comfortable, and everything felt new and well looked after. It was a beautiful hotel and a fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

The Korean-style room was beautifully decorated, clean, and very comfortable. Restaurants, public transportation, convenience stores, and a coin laundry were all just a short walk away. The receptionists were attentive and quick to respond to our requests, and as foreigners, we especially appreciated their restaurant and transportation recommendations and all their help. We were very happy we chose this hotel in Busan, and I highly recommend staying here.

The place is clean and lovely, and the staff are really kind. Getting luggage checked in takes a few steps and isn't very convenient, but it was manageable.

We had room 202 for three adults and a child. It looks stylish, though you can tell it's been used, and there was a slightly stuffy smell when we came in, maybe because there wasn't a proper window. The bathtub sits just to the right of the entrance, partly open to the room, with no showerhead or door, so I'd only suggest this room type for close friends. The location was handy: around 5-10 minutes on foot from Exit 9 on the west side. Olive Young is across the main road, Lotte Department Store is opposite, and in the mornings there are carts selling Yakult drinks. They had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, toothbrushes, toothpaste, combs and towels, plus a small fridge that doesn't freeze things. No cups or cutlery in the room, but paper cups are available downstairs. There's a microwave on the third floor.
