Mungyeong Myeongpum Hotel Geonilla

There were three of us, all seniors with an average age of 70, cycling from Incheon to Busan over Ihwayeong, the city's highest point. We'd each booked a room so we could rest, but when we arrived there was no front desk and we were left stuck. We contacted customer service on WhatsApp, and thankfully got a quick reply with clear instructions, so we checked in soon after. I wouldn't recommend a hotel without a front desk to the average traveler. We later found out the representative was Dian, the only English-speaking employee at the hotel, so we were able to communicate with her in English. Since we don't speak Korean, we couldn't ask our guesthouse for an extra mattress ourselves. Dian readily offered to contact the owner for us and sorted it out quickly. Her helpfulness was commendable, truly five-star service.
