The service was awful. I reported the room problems to the front desk and got nothing but an apology. The air conditioner stopped working overnight, the water filter was broken, the sink was dirty, and there was a worrying red stain on the remote. It costs a lot for a room with no AC. Still, this place is better than the other options in the area.

The hospitality was good, and corporate guests can get complimentary breakfast and free pickup and drop-off. It's a decent lodging option in the OSAN area, though it's a bit old and many rooms need renovating. You may get a good room if you ask.

The complimentary breakfast tastes good. The room is very nice too, though the bed could be a bit more comfortable.

Right in the downtown center, with shopping next door. The place is very nice, and the staff are great.

The breakfast was poor, and sometimes there wasn't any hot water for a shower.
