Just so-so.

I slept well for a reasonable price, even with a few annoyances. The place was clean and pleasant, but sound carries between floors, so I could hear the water and hair dryer right away. The robes were worn and had holes, and one was missing its strap. The sauna door was left open all the time, which was inconvenient.
The spacious reviews and polished photos gave me high expectations, but seeing the place in person was a real letdown. The sofa, table, curtains, and other furnishings were filthy and torn in several spots. The bathroom was unpleasant, with what looked like mold or maybe fire marks. The tub works for a half-bath, but showering while standing is difficult, and there isn't a mirror.
It was quiet, the staff were friendly, and both the bedding and bathrobes were clean. The bathroom and toilet didn't feel very clean, though, and the door in the middle wouldn't lock. There was no water dispenser, which was a hassle. Pretty average overall.
The large tub was the best part. My husband and I could unwind together in the hot water. The room itself looked dated, and the towels were dirty, though I suppose that fits with Heyri being an old place. We chose Mokushura No. 2 after searching Naver and reading blogs, hoping to relax and look around Heyri Village that evening. If I'd realized how deserted Heyri would be, I would've just headed home. ㅜㅜ~
