Play Hotel

I had a great stay with my five-year-old. The owner was thoughtful and kind, let us check in early, and, although I was worried about the no-infants policy, asked my child's age and said it was okay. They even gave my child 10,000 won as pocket money. I'll remember this place and would like to return when I visit Pohang. The room was clean and had what we needed. It was a little small, but fine for sleeping.

For around 50,000 won, this is just a motel. My room smelled of cigarettes, and the bed and pillows felt a bit damp. There are lots of motels nearby, so choose carefully.

The breakfast was a real highlight: from 7 AM there was toast, ramen, cereal, milk, juice, and snacks. The bedding smelled like sunshine and was lovely, and everything was incredibly clean and tidy. The owner runs the place personally and was friendly. I arrived late, close to 11 PM, and they waited for me, worried I might not find parking, and even saved a spot for me. Give it a try, you won't regret it!

I've stayed here a few times for work. At 50,000 won on a weekday, it's not especially cheap, but I'm satisfied because the place is clean and tidy and the room has no smell. In the morning you can have milk, cornflakes, and toast.
