No towels, bugs all over, and dirty sheets on the bed.

I really don't know.

The furniture is coming apart, the room smells strongly of old cigarette smoke, and the bedding doesn't seem to get washed. Even in the cold winter, bugs are showing up. The bathroom is filthy, rusty water comes out, and the balcony door won't lock. They don't clean. I wouldn't send anyone there. I feel bad for foreigners who arrive without knowing what they're getting into. This is a complete mess, and I want to report it to the district office or somewhere.

The place seems to have been renamed Hyundai Elliott. It has been remodeled, so it feels fairly clean and pleasant. The staff were especially kind, which made the stay better.
