The rooms are spacious, but pretty old. There was a used soap bar by the sink, and no towels at all. When I asked for bath towels, they said they don't provide them, so I had to dry off with napkins 🤣. I stayed near the end of March, when it was about 9 degrees outside, but the AC was off and the room felt like a furnace at night. Avoid if you can.

The counter clerk was kind, and the hospitality seemed normal, but the room was really dirty. I've stayed several times because it's close to where I go for work. The blanket and especially the pillow looked like they hadn't been cleaned at all. I hope this gets improved, because I don't want to go through the same thing next time.

Breakfast is just coffee and bread, served from 7-8am. The hotel is old-fashioned, with double doors, but there are plenty of TV channels. It's the only decent hotel in Gunshan near places to eat.

The room was excellent, though there's no food at the hotel, so we had to order from outside.

Clean, pleasant hotel, and the staff were nice. The room was fine too.
