The Royal Suite was roomy and comfortable, with an upscale feel, and parking was easy, with plenty of spaces near the entrance. The elevator was clean and quick, too. But the room hadn't been properly prepared: it was very hot and not cleaned well, with crayons and food on the carpet. There was no iron or phone charger, and the bathroom was warm as well. Shower water overflowed onto the rest of the bathroom floor. The rooftop garden looked dead and uncared for, and the restaurant was empty with no staff or service. We were also given just one key card for several guests. The suite, parking, and elevator were good points, but the room prep, missing amenities, and other facilities dragged down the stay. This place could be much better with some improvements.

The hotel feels a bit worn, though it's kept very clean, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. Breakfast was decent, and there are lots of local restaurants nearby. The gym was closed, but it was still a reasonable place to stay for a business trip. The staff were extremely nice, especially the young woman at the front desk who worked roughly 9am-6pm.

Google Maps doesn't work well in Korea, and this place is marked in the wrong location. It's the K-Tree hotel. I'd give it one star. There's nothing on offer, and even the already low room price feels like too much.
