We came as a group for a day trip. We had bibimbap and cheonggukjang for lunch, got coffee at the cafe, heard an introduction to the center, then did a short forest therapy hike. I found it really relaxing, with stretching, meditation, and time to rest. They gave us mats, blankets, and barely tea for the hike. The air felt fresh up on the mountain, the views were beautiful, and there are trails all around. You can pick up chestnuts from the ground and take them home. There are also rabbits, cats, and 2 llamas on site. This is a health focused center with healthy, delicious meals, plus spa and aroma therapy services. The coffee was just okay, warm rather than hot and a little watery. I don't know if this was only for our day tour, but we got a ₩3,000 drink voucher to use at the cafe with our meal. There is no WiFi or cellular service on the mountain except at the top of a trail. There are no elevators either, which they say is to promote health, so it may not suit people with disabilities. I loved the visit and would like to return for a few days. The food, scenery, fresh air, and hiking trails were all a big draw.

The tracking course is the highlight for me. It was awesome, well organized, and well maintained, so I'd strongly recommend coming for tracking. The food was fresh and natural, and it made me think it could be healthier for me. This is a unique, expensive place that feels natural and isolated. You generally can't use your phone because there's no cellular signal, though some parts of the tracking course have service for safety. If you're addicted to the internet, consider somewhere else. But if you want a modern, comfortable stay that still feels natural and secluded, I recommend it.

The whole setup encourages you to move your body while giving your mind a rest, with hills to walk up and time away from technology. That bit of intentional discomfort turned out to be exactly what this sedentary homebody needed. I felt great afterward, like I'd found my natural rhythm again and recovered from work stress, burnout, fatigue, and everyday drama. Two nights can be enough, though I'd happily stay longer. The rooms have a simple, organic, zen look, kind of like a Muji shop. Small touches help you clear your mind, including the comfy traditional Korean clothes they provide. I recommend a terrace room overlooking the property for sunrise and sunset views. The spa and red-clay sauna are lovely places to relax, too. There are no TVs or air-conditioners, and WiFi is only in the lobby, a reasonable walk from the rooms, so it works well for a tech break. The staff are super friendly, the food is nutritious, and the facilities feel tastefully modern, eco-friendly, and organic. If you like dogs, try the dog trekking or hiking course with one of the two adorable retrievers on site. They lead the way.

I slept really well here. The rooms are simple, with air conditioning and a heater, and I stayed two days and one night with three meals included. The setting felt like a little Switzerland cottage among the mountains. I visited in early October and saw some leaves changing color. The place and its seasonal flowers and trees are lovely, with fresh, cool, pollution-free air to enjoy. There's no elevator, so you'll need to be reasonably fit to walk through the buildings and around the small hills. Bring hiking gear. There are lots of free activities to choose from, including yoga, a beginner hike with a trees 101 lesson in Korean, a jjimjibang hot spring and cool carbonic water, and a bonfire where you can grill sweet potatoes. The four pavilions each have a different seasonal theme. The healthy, simple buffet uses fresh ingredients and avoids grilling and frying, but the food is still tasty. The owner walks around greeting guests, which makes the place feel warm and personal. Internet is mostly unavailable, but there's a special business center zone for guests who need it. You can also get a signal by hiking high enough. The signs are in both English and Korean, so it feels foreigner-friendly, though all the classes and food are Korean. If you want to experience a simple Korean stay and aren't picky about food, this felt like paradise. There's a daily bus from Jamsil station to the resort and back, which is very convenient. The whole visit felt unique, and I'd definitely return.

There was no WiFi or mobile signal except in the public lounge, so the stay felt like a completely new experience. The natural surroundings were beautiful, and the healthy food was very good all day.
