Gladsheim Hotel

I spent a week here and found it quiet and comfortable, with a good view and very kind staff. The bed was especially comfortable, and the hot shower had strong pressure. It was clean and reasonably priced. They cleaned the room and changed the sheets every other day, while fresh towels arrived daily in a cute box outside the door. I liked that the routine was both eco-friendly and cost-saving. Thanks, I'll stay here again.

The staff made a great impression throughout my three-day getaway at Gladsheim Hotel. They greeted me warmly, checked me in quickly, and the concierge suggested some of the best local foods. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and everyone seemed to go out of their way to make the stay pleasant. My room was spacious and elegantly decorated, with a comfortable king-sized bed, flat-screen TV, and well-appointed bathroom. The hotel also had all the amenities I could hope for. I'd recommend Gladsheim Hotel to anyone looking for an enjoyable stay, with beautiful accommodations and top-notch amenities.

The bed was very nice, and I could adjust it up or down. The owner was friendly and always ready to help or answer questions. It's close to the ocean and the nicest hotel on the street. Still, my wife and I were disappointed by several things at a place that calls itself five-star. There was barely anywhere to put clothes: just one small closet meant to keep a jacket or pants wrinkle-free, with no drawers. Breakfast is ₩16,500 per person, so I'd skip it. On both days we stayed, there was only one towel in the room until we asked for another. They also removed the trash can after the first day and forgot to put it back. It's decent, but doesn't feel like five-star material.

The area was really quiet, and I liked having a garden to relax in and enjoy the sea view. My room was fantastic, with a balcony, and the hotel itself is new and modern. The staff were great and spoke English, which was really helpful. Buses are easy to get to since the stop is right in front. I heard they're also going to open a rooftop swimming pool soon. I'd come back if I return to Jeju.
