Heyy Seogwipo

We were a huge, loud, boisterous group holding a big event, and the staff handled us so well. They were patient, kind, friendly, and incredibly accommodating. Thanks for looking after us, Heyy! The location is fantastic, right across from the water and an easy walk from fun bars and good food. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I thought the price was more than fair for the location and style. The bed was softer than in most Korean hotels.

The taxi driver got lost and called the hotel, but the staff helped him find it and looked after us when we arrived during a typhoon. They were very helpful throughout. The hotel was clean, breakfast was excellent, and there were plenty of services. The location was convenient, and I’d highly recommend it. My one suggestion: provide two key cards when several guests share a room. It was an excellent experience.

The parking garage is free, but it’s tight, very steep, and one-way, which could be worrying, especially with a larger car. Even so, I’d happily recommend Heyy Seogwipo Hotel for a luxurious, relaxing stay on Jeju Island. My partner and I loved the hotel’s scent so much that we asked what it was. It smelled divine from the moment I arrived and added to the lovely atmosphere. There are two buildings, with rooms facing either the water or the mountains depending on what you book. Ours looked out over the water, with a breathtaking view that was perfect for unwinding. The room was sleek and minimal, with a modern, functional layout that felt spacious and comfortable. The attention to detail made the stay wonderful and exceeded all my expectations.

The lights in our room suddenly stopped working one day, and they couldn’t get them fixed for the rest of our stay. The room also wasn’t very clean, and there was no housekeeping during our three nights there, which I’ve never encountered before.
