The location is good and the rooms are fine, but the service was a real problem. There's a washing machine in the room, but it's locked unless you pay an extra 5000krw to use it. Why charge for a room facility? What's next, paying to use the fridge? I don't get it. Room cleaning is disorganized, too. They don't clean daily, and you can only request it twice a week. Even then, they often don't show up. They skipped my room three times out of the five times I asked. Ridiculously bad service.

The rooms were clean and spacious, and parking was easy. The hotel bar was closed. The setup felt a little odd, with two hotels in one and rooms next to other hotels.

Cheap and decent value, with decent rooms, but barely any service. The personal washer in the room was the saving grace. The hanging racks from the front desk are super small and short!

Good value for an affordable stay in Jeju. There are lots of food options and convenience stores within walking distance. The parking spaces are quite narrow, but that wasn't a big deal.
