Jun made the trip so easy from beginning to end. He regularly picked us up and dropped us at convenient places for getting to our destinations, and even set aside a day to show us around Jeju, with great food and places to see. We enjoyed the hotel breakfast too. A definite 11/10 experience!

The room was clean and spacious, with thoughtful little extras like a scented candle and an international charging cable. The owner was very welcoming and proactively shared tips on nearby attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was traditional Korean food, with a comforting seafood soup and stir-fried pork. The soup portion felt a bit small for my big appetite, maybe that’s just the Korean portion size.

The owner and manager, Hangjun, was so kind and helpful, even picking us up from a restaurant after dinner. That sort of kindness really sticks with me. The peaceful view over the planted fields reminded me of staying among the rice fields in Bali. People make the difference.

Jun checked in with us before we arrived and asked whether we’d be driving around Jeju. When we said no, he offered to collect us from the nearest bus stop, over 1 km away, even though it was late. He later drove us to Seongbangsan, which we wanted to visit, and did us a favor by taking us to see Sanbangsan and the nearby jetty too. He also dropped us at a bus stop so we could cut out about half an hour of travel. We stayed from 26 - 27 Sept 2022 and had a really pleasant time. Our room was very spacious, with chargers for different adaptor types. Breakfast was included, with rice noodles in soup, coffee, and orange juice. There’s also a backyard where you can take a photo with the Sanbangsan Mountain view. We were lucky to have Jun as our host, and would definitely stay again when we return to Jeju.
